What data do I collect?

I collect the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • Data contained in the material to be translated: identification information (name, address or other personal identification elements), fiscal codes and other personal identification numbers, nationality, bank details
  • Contact and invoicing details (relevant for clients and invoicing recipients)

How do I store your data?

I securely store your data at Strada Provinciale Sariano 80, 29025 Gropparello (PC), Italia. Security precautions taken: password-protected and regulated access for IT systems; secure remote access to IT systems; secure wireless network; password-protected smartphone; automatic password-protected screen and computer locking when not in use; regular update of antiviruses and firewalls; immediate installation of critical updates for operating systems and applications; encrypted data transmission through the Internet; use of electronic signature when applicable; data backup on a regular basis (NAS, OneDrive for Business with control over carrying out and verifying of data backups); security alarm and video surveillance with recording (15 days); pseudonymization, anonymisation; password-protected storing of passwords; paper shredder; metallic cabinets with locking.
For any issues relating to IT security, I may involve my IT consultant.
I will keep your data contained in the material to be translated for 5 years according to industry practices and the terms of business. I will keep your contact and invoice details for 10 years (art. 2220 Italian Civil Code) (relevant for clients).
